It isour goal to provide our employees with a work environment that promotes professional andpersonal fulfillment, career development, and job enrichment.Essential Responsibilities/Functions:• Conduct and/or participate in multidisciplinary research.• Collaborate with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design,development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems software.• Determine computer user needs.• Advise hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems suchas storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements.• Design and develop compilers and assemblers, utility programs and operating systems.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:• Familiar with software development and diagnostic tools.• Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or computer engineering or related field.
