ManTech Senior C4 Planner in Stafford, Virginia
ManTech is seeking a Part-Time/On Call Senior Command, Control, Communications, & Computer (C4) Planner to provide support for our Marine Corps DC I IWR contract in Stafford, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Versatile executive that can communicate effectively at the senior level as well as with all command elements, echelons, and stakeholders, including Government, Military, and Contractor personnel
Provide senior technical and strategic SME support
Utilize functional area expertise to assess the operational and functional baselines of an organization and its organizational components.
Use in-depth consultative skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience and education towards enhancements of business objectives and processes.
Collaborate with senior managers and executives to provide recommendations on vision and strategic direction regarding their enterprise.
Contribute to the assessment and determination of organizational inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the organization’s ability to support/meet their objectives.
Develop, document, and communicate strategic initiatives and approaches for enhanced cross-functional operations across the organization.
Participate in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated outcomes.
Identify and improve processes and internal controls
Manage Organizational and Operational planning and support activities
Disseminate and clearly convey products, processes, and procedures
Work individually or as a team member handling multiple projects concurrently
Provide to senior leaders updates/briefs on current projects
Utilize KM tools and associated processes to meet project intent
Advise and oversee team activities related to assessing, developing, and implementing operational standards
Guide stakeholders in the identification and prioritization of requirements and tasking
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience supporting Service-level C4 plans and policy, preferably within the DoN or USMC
Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of experience in the C4 field
Experience in service or agency level resource management
Ability to work with Government and Military customers to derive, capture, and refine relevant requirements
Ability to manage complex projects and programs
Expertise in tools and processes used across the DoD and C4 communities
Excellent documentation/technical writing skills
Ability to identify and propose improvements to current templates and processes
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to transpose requirements into courses of action, tasking, risks, level of effort, and acceptance criteria
Ability to facilitate meetings that ensure agenda items are covered, discussions stay on topic, and action items are captured within the time allotted
Experience tracking project status to include, but not limited to, required documentation, tasking, risks, issues, lessons learned, metrics, change requests, and decision logs
Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
Travel required up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous service within HQMC
Project Management experience
Working knowledge of DoD/USMC/DC I infrastructure, organization, and mission
Clearance Requirements:
- A DoD Top Secret (SCI eligible) clearance is required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and customers, which involves delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Ability to occasionally move about inside the office.
Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
