ManTech Management Analyst I in Stafford, Virginia

Currently, ManTech is seeking a Management Analyst to provide program execution support across a portfolio of innovative projects enabling the Marine Corps.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.

  • Track and produce quarterly/monthly/ad hoc updates of progress and ceiling analysis to key stakeholders.

  • Track and manage project resources, including personnel, tools, and materials.

  • Support onboarding processes for new team members and ensure they have the necessary resources.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive training tracker to ensure all personnel are up-to-date on required certifications and training, proactively addressing gaps.

  • Review and proofread administrative documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to leadership or customers.

  • Assist development team on creating, updating, and organizing wargaming tokens based on provided specifications.

  • Serve as main event support staff for main events to include wargames, demonstrations, planning meetings, etc.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.

  • Additional duties as it pertains to program support.

  • Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.

  • Input, edit, retrieve, format, and transmit diverse reports and documents utilizing computer databases, spreadsheets, communications with accuracy.

  • Participate in quarterly budget reviews and resource reconciliation across multiple classifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a United States citizen.

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years’ experience. 8 years total experience without a degree

  • Must demonstrate at experience supporting program and project management activities.

  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a knowledge management lead.

  • Experience reviewing contracts.

  • Willing and eager to learn financial principles, theories, and practices conducted by the USMC.

  • Travel less than 25%

Clearance Requirements :

  • This role requires an active DoD SECRET with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/ SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
