ATEC INC Administrative Assistant II in STAFFORD, Texas

SUMMARY Responsible for coordination of administrative and clerical activities in multiple departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain customer relations.
  • Maintain files, logs, and department schedules.
  • Schedule and assist with Meetings.
  • Update and distribute spreadsheets and reports.
  • Assist Departments with correspondence, distribution, and other duties.
  • Administrative support for departments.
  • Assist with shipping preparation.
  • Provide receptionist relief, when needed.
  • Maintain Billing/Shipping Logs.
  • Maintain notebooks and manuals/procedures.
  • Responsible for company store coordination.
  • Assist with tradeshow coordination
  • Tracking and documentation of internal risk audits.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Client/visitor arrangements for meetings, lunches, etc.,
  • Assist client/visitors with support services.
  • Assist with Outreach Committee activities.
  • Represent the company at various functions.
  • Assist with Company travel arrangements.
  • Train other employees on administrative tasks.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
  • Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization (AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

REQUIRED

Microsoft suite experience, Design Software, Website updates, Assertive, Organized, Deadline driven and Quick paced.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or five (5) years of experience in office environment; or combination of education and experience. Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft office products.
