Job Title: Production Lead

Job Description

As a Production Lead, you will spearhead the production assembly area, setting up production schedules, monitoring and tracking production efficiency, creating reports, and communicating concerns. You will hold accountability for employees on the line and also perform all the tasks of an assembler. This includes assembling, testing, and modifying custom electronic parts, systems, and assemblies. You will be expected to read and interpret instructions, use a variety of parts and tools, fit electronic components together, and perform SMT and PCB soldering and assembly work, sometimes under magnifying light or microscope.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wyoming, MN Area

Work Environment

Work is conducted in a climate-controlled environment where you can choose to sit on a tall stool or stand. The work area is very clean, organized, and quiet with about 15-20 people in the shop.

The standard shift is from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime.
