Oracle Industry Partner Sales Leader - Financial Services in St Thomas, Virgin Islands
Job Description
This is a position that involves entrepreneurial leadership, technical depth, analytical thinking, creative instinct, and subject matter expertise in one or more industry. Success in this role will require demonstrable industry knowledge and experience, an understanding of and ability to communicate Oracle’s cloud differentiation with compelling clarity as well as having strong sales and partnering skills. Candidate must have material experience where the candidate was directly accountable for developing and managing partners and building pipeline and revenue with partners.

Responsibilities
Key role objectives are:
Co-develop and execute an industry-based partner engagement plan with NACI senior leadership for their industry vertical (SVP and direct reports, CE leader, CIP resources, Demand Services resources, etc)
Work with partners at the industry practice and account team level to develop an internal understanding and alignment to OCI for their customers. For example, engage with the Retail Industry practice lead at Global Systems Integrators to gain commitment to OCI based offerings and go to market alignment, leading to specific market and customer actions.
Engage and align key partners with Oracle sales to develop targeted market and customer plans, leading to pipeline and revenue growth
Maintain partner and sales alignment throughout the opportunity life cycle
Build partner solution offers within the industry that are presented by Oracle and the partner as a joint offering and point of view on the customer solution.
Develop bench capacity at our partners in each industry team with skills and familiarity bias toward OCI technologies.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $123,000 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
