Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of 4-5 individuals to ensure efficiency and quality. Operate a forklift to assist with material handling. Ensure adherence to industrial paint processes and quality standards. Resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively. Perform basic maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly. Qualifications:
Experience with blasting and painting techniques. Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team. Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance.
