BayCare Health System Oncology Department Registrar in St Petersburg, Florida

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

Position Details:

  • Location: St Anthony's Hospital

  • Status: Full time

  • Shift: 7:30AM -4:00PM, 8:00AM-4:30PM, 8:30AM-5:00PM (Rotating Schedule)

  • Days: Monday through Friday

This Oncology Department Registrar Opportunity is a full-time position requiring onsite work in St Petersburg, FL.

This role requires onsite training in Clearwater, FL for at least 12-15 business days. The schedule is M-F 8:00AM - 4:30PM (after training, the team member will work the hours listed above).

Responsibilities:

The Oncology Department Registrar participates in the functions and daily activities of the department: registration, scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, coordination of activities with outpatient Department, imaging folder/report processing (if applicable), release of medical information, chart preparation and filing, reception, and cashier duties as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
