ManpowerGroup Quality Engineer in St. Peters, Missouri

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the quality operations supporting the production and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Engineer (Contract – Up to 6 Months with potential for permanent placement)

Location: St. Peters, MO

Pay Range: $27 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Handle day-to-day supplier quality issues, including managing component returns and credit processes.

  • Conduct inspections and validations on the production floor.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Utilize MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) extensively to create reports, analyze data, and present findings.

  • Assist with the transition to SAP ECC, requiring basic familiarity with SAP.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with quality assurance/engineering in a manufacturing setting (technician-level candidates considered).

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; strong computer skills required.

  • Basic knowledge or experience with SAP is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience in quality control tasks, such as inspections and validations.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
