As the Office & Administrative Specialist Intermediate you will provide support services to both clients and staff that contribute to the operation of the treatment unit.

  • Manage phone system

  • Deliver client mail

  • Greet and screen visitors

  • Maintain client records and charts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, data practices, and record retention policies.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Customer service skills sufficient to provide clear, concise, courteous, prompt, and effective service in person and via email, multi-line phone, or video conference.

  • Data entry skills sufficient to locate, update, and retrieve information in databases, including generate reports.

  • Database management skills sufficient to maintain databases for tracking information used in reporting and decision making processes.

  • English language skills (writing, speaking, and reading) sufficient to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and the general public.

  • Spreadsheets skills sufficient to develop and modify basic spreadsheets, sort and extract data.

  • Typing/keyboarding skills sufficient to take meeting minutes; compose correspondence and data summaries.

  • Word processing skills sufficient to develop, format, and modify a variety of documents, reports and forms, using proper business English, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
