We are seeking candidates for a Global Marketing Communications Director in our Global Pest Elimination business.This position is responsible for North America (NA) development, management and execution of internal and external marketing communication programs and activities, inclusive of internal engagement, change management and employee recognition. At a global level, this roles includes partnership with the Global GM and Global Marketing VP to reach and impact our Region leadership teams regarding key priorities and messages. The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking skills, and a collaborative work style to operate effectively across functions and divisions - internally and externally and at the enterprise, division and field levels. They will also demonstrate strong project management skills, have experience creating a range of communications materials, and can successfully manage all communications channels. What you will do: Lead, manage and develop team of marketing communications professionals Provide oversight, guidance and execution (copy, powerpoint) of the development of global division messaging from employee messaging to board materials. Drive alignment with marketing, sales enablement, HR and training teams to ensure priorities to drive business growth are clear (NA) Develop leadership and internal communication strategies to support Sales and drive field engagement (NA) Develop messaging and creative concepts and deliver content that supports brand strategy (NA) Oversee division content calendar and strategy, including broader brand awareness in the industry (NA) Lead planning and execution of leadership meetings (NA) Develop and manage agency relationships (NA) Manage marketing budget (NA) Lead positioning strategy and go-to-market communication of value proposition Travel 10-20% based on business needs Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, preferred focus in Communications, Business and/or Marketing Strong ability to prioritize and orient work to business objectives 10 years experience in marketing communications (internal and external), sales support and recognition programs Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint PR and Social media experience Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.Click here to see our benefits.
