Regions Hospital Foundation Events Planner Associate in St. Paul, Minnesota

Regions Hospital is seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills and experience in executing special events to join our Hospital Foundation department. The Events Planner Associate is responsible for developing and implementing meaningful strategies for connecting Regions Hospital Foundation and its existing and potential donors; supporting programs by leading, planning, executing all foundation-sponsored special events with an emphasis on smaller (10-50 people) donor stewardship and cultivation events. This position is responsible for the development of the events annual workplan, timeline, and logistical execution of each. Additionally, this position ensures that events align with the hospital, foundation and HealthPartners mission, vision and objectives; that key brand messages are communicated through events. Collaborates with an array of leadership, board members and clinicians across the organization, event colleagues and external partners. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Required Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited two-year institution or University. Minimum of three years' experience in event planning, nonprofit donor engagement, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution or University.
