Job Description:

• Provide support to customers, handling 60-80 inquiries on average daily

• Use creative problem solving to respond to complex customer inquiries

• Understand and operate company systems, processes, and procedures

• Possess exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Strive for excellence in every customer interaction

• Contribute positively to team efforts

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently

• Must be detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including every other Saturday and possibility for remote work

• Strong computer skills, comfortable learning new systems and processes

• Reliable and punctual

• Passionate about customer service and consistently exceeding customer expectations
