Randstad is partnering with a company in Eagan for a first shift customer service role. The shift is Monday-Friday 7-3:30p with some volunteer overtime. Hourly pay rate starting at $19 Requires background check and drug test Job duties: • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues • Monitor progress of delivery routes, and assist in development of routes • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

salary: $19 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes, and assist in development of routes

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office and a excellent communication skills.

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment

• strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
