Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide Accurate Home Care Great Opportunity for College Students! Part Time Starting at $21-23/Hour Position Summary At Accurate Home Care, our Home Health team aids in empowering our patients to stay at home and recover. Accurate Home Care is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team of home care professionals. In this position you will primarily assist patients with their bathing needs in their homes. You may also assist your patient with daily personal tasks related to hygiene activities, getting dressed and health-related tasks, including giving prescribed medications and monitoring their vital signs. You will see many patients every day, so an important part of your job is managing the responsibilities and your time effectively so that you can best serve your patients. A CNA/HHA serve patients within an approximate 30-mile radius of the metro area. We always strive to keep territories as condensed and close to home as possible. Who are we? Help patients reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the Case Manager. Provides emotional support and promotes a sense of well-being.
