Participate and collaborate with client, development, and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of a solution. Support meetings with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, clarify, and confirm business requirements. Perform functional and technical analysis of the clients current business process and supporting documentation. Identify process improvements and facilitate reengineering of business process. Ensure the business analysis deliverables are technically feasible. Communicate to technical resources for continued implementation of the solution. Execute production rollout activities. Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and, if required, throughout the duration of maintenance and support agreements.
