Your role will include: Collaborating closely with Design Project Managers and Project Architects to develop detailed architectural specifications. Leading specification efforts across various architectural disciplines, ensuring alignment with project goals. Conducting specification kick-off meetings and coordinating ongoing discussions with project teams. Researching and integrating cutting-edge materials, products, and systems into project specifications. Mentoring and supporting team members in specification development, promoting best practices and standards. Contributing actively to Haskell's Specification Council to enhance industry-leading practices. What you'll need to thrive: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years producing architectural design documents, with a focus on specification writing. Strong proficiency in specification software such as MasterSpec, SpecLink, or SpecsIntact. CCS or CDT certification preferred, active membership in CSI a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
