The Saint Michaels Farmers Market is seeking as its next Market Manager a highly motivated and organized individual who loves working with people and is interested in helping our local farmers to thrive. This is a full year, salaried, part-time position including required attendance on all Saturdays the Market is operating, and requires a driver's license and your own transportation.

The Market Manager position is flexible enough to accommodate other work and/or academic schedules. With its roots stretching back to 1998, the Market operates virtually every Saturday morning (rain or shine) from mid-April to early/mid-December. The Market's 30+ vendors supply hundreds of customers with high quality, locally produced food, flowers and beverages. Working directly with the Market's Board of Directors and Committees, the Market Manager plays a central role in the operation, success and growth of the Market. While prior Market Manager experience is preferred, other relevant experience will be considered or training provided.
