Park Nicollet Health Services Student Nurse Internship - Summer 2025 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota
Methodist Hospital is looking to hire Student Nurse Interns to join our team! Position Summary: Provides timely, high quality patient care to clients and information to RNs, physicians and other members of a diverse health care team. Collaborates with RN in carrying out plan of care from patient information collected. Assists in providing health information to patients as delegated by RN. Will attend all SSNI professional development seminars sponsored by Park Nicollet. Will be scheduled to work .8 throughout the summer. Successful candidates will be have good student status; good customer service, telephone, computer and patient care technology skills. To Qualify: Must be currently enrolled in a BAN, BSN, or MSN nursing program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026; MSN students should not yet have obtained their RN Licensure. Will be required to enroll in an internship course at a Minnesota based school of nursing. Previous interns, current employees and NUPATH partner school students will be given high priority for this opportunity. Internship Description: 10-week paid internship, competitive pay rate June 2nd - August 8th, 2025 Work schedule: 64 hours per pay period, which includes 4 hours of shadowing in other specialty departments each pay period. Total shadowing hours equals 30 hours over the course of the summer internship. Inpatient units including Observation, Float Pool, Orthopedics, Obstetrics, Telemetry, General Medicine, Mental Health and additional opportunities too.
