Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, 55426, United States. This role primarily involves receptionist duties for a dental clinic, including front desk responsibilities, managing incoming calls, and assisting with patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, providing an exceptional level of customer service.

• Coordinate patient check-in and assist students with their patient needs.

• Manage the scheduling of appointments and accurately document all activities in the system.

• Maintain a supportive role for the dental team, including the documentation of student immunizations and other supportive tasks.

• Handle machinery or equipment checks, such as monitoring oil levels, and process maintenance reports when necessary.

• Utilize the clinic's software, Eagle Soft, for various administrative tasks.

• Provide a high-quality "Apple store" experience to all patients and visitors.

• Utilize skills in Microsoft Word and general computer usage to complete daily tasks.

• Maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, students, and other staff members.

HOURS:

Monday-Friday – two evenings per week.

· 3 days of 7:30 am -4:00 pm

· 2 days of 1:00 - 9:00 pm

Requirements

• Proficiency in performing receptionist duties such as managing phone lines, scheduling appointments, and organizing mail.

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to professionally and courteously address inquiries or concerns from students, staff, and visitors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and other basic computer skills to efficiently manage administrative tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
