HealthPartners NP/PA - DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program NP/PA position - Fulltime Park Nicollet - St. Louis Park Park Nicollet is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Behavioral Health department in our new Partial Hospitalization Program - DayBridge at St. Louis Park. The Behavioral Health Department is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in Minnesota. The DayBridge Program is expanding to our St. Louis Park campus. Successful candidates will have an interest in treating high acuity patients as well as a willingness and passion for being a part of a developing program. This position will provide evaluation and treatment of psychiatric patients, primarily in the setting of partial hospitalization program services. They will complete basic psychiatric assessment duties of performing intake evaluations, formulating assessment and treatment plans, providing medication management, coordination care with other treatment providers and making appropriate referrals. Position is full-time and will start in Outpatient and PHP. Qualified candidates must: Physician Assistant degree, or Nurse Practitioner degree (DNP, or MSN). NP's need to have completed a Psychiatric Mental Health program at an accredited institution. Current certification and licensure required. At least two years of clinical experience working with the Adult Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) population. Training/education in chemical dependency and addiction.
