Responsibilities The Corporate and Foundations Relations Manager oversees all grants, funding relationships, and processes to maintain and enhance corporate and foundation funding. This position is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive plan to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate and foundation donors and reaching specific annual goals for corporate and foundation sources. This position will focus on building and growing relationships with corporate and foundation representatives that are able to support the needs for Saint Therese's programs and operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Experience: 5+ years' experience with fundraising, corporate relations, foundation relations, or equivalent combination of experience and education Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated record of success with grant writing and securing grants of $10,000+. Demonstrated record of success with corporate giving and securing gifts and sponsorships of $5,000+. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, think critically, and problem solve. Collaborative, team-oriented work style and proven ability to work with fundraising staff and volunteers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and consistency. Ability to think strategically and is goal oriented. Strong time management skills and ability to balance and meet multiple deadlines. Ability to meet performance and team fundraising goals. Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills. Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills required.
