Primary Responsibilities In the role of Project Manager Architecture, we'll count on you to: Independently coordinate work of a multidisciplinary team throughout the development of multiple concurrent projects. Lead client relationships and be involved with marketing, contractual/scope establishment, design, and production meetings. Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance Plan, organize, and supervise the work of Project Architects and associated design staff. Conduct work sessions at project milestones in conjunction with the Project Architect and other disciplines to ensure team is meeting schedule and quality goals. Identify and mitigate or manage project risks. Have excellent communication skills with team and client in a prompt and professional manner. Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within agreed-to-parameters. Monitor subconsultant work progress against contract(s). Work with the Regional Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews with corporate management as needed. Perform other duties as needed *LI-BC1 Preferred Qualifications Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED PMP certification Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture 7 years related experience A minimum 2 years project management Registered Architect Must be able to lead a team on projects Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) Good planning and mentoring skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
