Work you'll do
Promote and assist with the establishment, development and integration of system and enterprise-level Governance, Risk and Compliance policies, procedures and tools.
Coordinate, track and drive activities in support of the Zero Trust Roadmap and advance efforts towards implementing Zero Trust.
Develop and inform executive level briefings and informative metrics leveraging tools such as JIRA.
Inform and contribute to Zero Trust Strategic Communications through content research, analysis and development for release through various means.
Orchestrate focused facilitated sessions assisting the Enterprise and leaders through anticipated large-scale organizational changes including organizational strategies, adoption of SOPs and auditability efforts.
Foster and drive Zero Trust coordination and collaboration with various portfolio managers and program offices
Conduct assessments of existing ZT activities and systems and provide recommendations to align to the ZT Roadmap

Qualifications
Required:
BS or BA degree
Active Secret Clearance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to work on site at Scott AFB
3 years of experience with Cybersecurity
2+ years of experience in U.S. security requirements related to regulations or standards, including NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, RMF, ISO 27001, Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) 3.0, and SOX
2-4 years working in Governance Risk and Compliance policies, procedures and tools
2-4 years of experience in Zero Trust/IT/Cyber/Networks and/or the Defense Industry
2-4 years of experience building and maintaining JIRA projects, filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and fields
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Knowledge of zero trust principles, frameworks, and implementation strategies
Familiarity with federal government environments, standards, and architectures
Knowledge of cyber threat indicators and prioritizing cyber threats
Experience working in SOCs and/or NOSCs
Hands on experience with enterprise-wide network security and (SIEM) technologies or tools such as ZScaler, CrowdStrike, Forescout, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft and Splunk
Experience with enterprise cloud systems and solutions across zero trust pillars
Knowledge of ZT based Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions
Understanding of modern network infrastructure capabilities (i.e., Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN), Software-Defined Perimeter (SDP), Software-Defined Networks (SDN), etc.)
Experience working in an Agile work environment
Ability to drive tactical outputs for IT implementation

Ability to navigate asks and expectations from multiple teammates
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to provide thoughtful insight to improve work products
