World Wide Technology Team Lead Corporate Accounting in St. Louis, Missouri

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field required, but A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • A minimum of 6 years' progressive experience in a related field

  • 4 years of progressive business experience in finance and accounting required, 6 years preferred

  • Previous management/leadership experience a plus

  • Experience with US and non-US multinationals preferred

  • Exposure to information technology industry is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • A strong team player with evidence of professional maturity, self-confidence and someone willing to lend support and become involved in the details of the business required.

  • Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture required.

  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills required.

  • Ability to professionally communicate at all levels of the business and ability to interface effectively across multiple company departments with strong diplomacy skills required.

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic required.

  • Demonstrated customer focus (both internal and external) required.

  • Personal time management skills and organization required.

  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills and innovative thinking required.

  • Demonstrated strong presentation, project management and team leadership skills required.

  • Ability to embrace change, support multiple groups at one time, work well in a team environment with positive energy and adhere to WWT core values required.

  • Ability to make critical decisions with confidence and positive influence impacting your department, other departments and/or the Company preferred

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite required
