Specialized Deposits Representative
Job Description:
Summary
This position performs a variety of tasks in the Specialized Deposit Services department including but not limited to opening/servicing accounts, performing transactions and account maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Open and service accounts for Enterprise Advisory Services (EAS)
Process daily transactions for Goldman Sachs, IND, Cash Manager, Enterprise Trust and others as needed
Checkback rate changes on products and individual accounts
Process new and reissue check orders and debit cards
Assist with daily GSR in IBS
Mass maintenance files
Respond to incoming emails per the specialized deposit services inbox
Create & verify outgoing wire transfers
Complete requests for Social Security inquires, Medicare inquiries & balance/customer confirmations
Assist with projects
Serves as backup for senior specialized deposits representatives
Participate in required training courses related to job
Must adhere to all banking rules and regulations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service and ability to answer questions regarding customer accounts and bank related material
Detailed oriented
Basic math skills
Ability to complete tasks within established timeframes

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent,
2-3 years of banking experience
Computer and Software Skills:
PC Skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Adobe PDF
Banking Software
