Equifax, Inc. Senior Finance Manager - J00160661 in St Louis, Missouri

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for managing a team and supporting key initiatives within Equifax Workforce Solutions, working closely with Finance Leadership and Senior Leadership to provide value-added, strategic financial and business reporting. This role will also manage monthly/quarterly deliverables within Finance, such as the month-end close process, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations requests, and Executive-level presentations.

*What you will do:*

  • Advise, consult and strategically support Revenue Leaders in areas related to future state financial performance including: thought leadership and coaching around reaching short- and long-term strategic financial objective (e.g., interpreting financial results and measures in the context of business operations)
  • Manage a team of 3 financial analysts with various revenue streams covering $700M in annual revenue
  • Prepare local business unit presentations in coordination with team members within Equifax Workforce Solutions, such as:
    • Monthly business updates with Equifax Workforce Solutions Leadership
    • Monthly financial reviews with the Equifax business unit Presidents, business unit SFOs, CFO, and CEO
    • Quarterly business updates with Equifax Senior Leadership and Equifax Workforce Solutions Leadership
    • Board presentations with Equifax Workforce Solutions Leadership and Board of Directors
  • Execute with Corporate Accounting and local finance team on the closing process
  • In-depth understanding of micro and macro-economic trends to derive a greater understanding of the drivers of historical business performance
  • Adhoc requests to support business, as needed

*What experience you need:*

  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering preferred. MBA preferred.

  • Strong Accounting background or education
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and advance projects in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • Intellectual curiosity
