Edgewell Personal Care Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable and Concur in St. Louis, Missouri

Position Summary

This position will have a hybrid schedule of Tuesday/Wednesday in St. Louis MO, Shelton CT or Detroit MI with flexibility

Universal Accountabilities

  • Together with other members of the sales, procurement, finance, treasury, IT, accounting, and third-party teams, you will collaborate on cross-functional goals.

  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.

  • Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices in accordance with company policies.

  • Resolve discrepancies and issues related to vendor invoices.

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

  • Address and resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies.

  • Respond to internal stakeholder Concur and other T&E questions by identifying, fixing, and communicating (written and verbal) problems in a dependable way.

  • You will be included in regular audits and asked to prepare ad-hoc reports.

  • We will depend on you to partner with IT in systems testing regular upgrades and implementations.

  • You will be asked to help identify Accounts Payable and Concur process improvements and support others on the team with process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working in the Accounts Payable and/or the Concur Travel & Expense area.

  • Heavy analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and reconcile the third-party activities.

  • Effective communication skills including written, verbal, and listening.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time and resources effectively, managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines.

  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in SAP and Concur environments.

  • Experience working with third-party BPO partner preferred.

  • Experience working in a shared services environment preferred.

  • Financial Analysis, reporting, and data analysis experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $84,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
