We are seeking a Scanning Clerk to join a great team of people at a growing company with a casual environment in the Creve Coeur, MO area!

Candidates must be detail oriented and able to pull files for boxed, prep for scanning and then scan the documents into the computer. After all scanning is completed, data entry of various information into the computer will be needed. This is a contract to hire opportunity -

Qualifications:

• Ability to work the hours of 630AM-3PM / Monday-Friday - 100% on site - Okay with being on your feet the majority of the work day; standing/walking - Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

-Pulls individual files from the storage box, identify required data fields from each file and enter information into the database.

-When all files have been reviewed, they are returned to the box and another box of documents will be scanned.

-Will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of exposure to sensitive documents.

-Must be able to stand for majority of the work day.

-Attention to detail with propper labeling and filing documents away.

-Use of scanner to convert paper documents into electronic files.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 25lbs

• standing for 4 hours at one time
