CACI is looking for a Project Manager to join our team on the Transport & Cybersecurity Services (TCS) program supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). TCS provides innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA GEOINT mission. This position is responsible for the overall success of planning, implementing, and

completing transport and cybersecurity projects. Duties include all areas of project management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the project's requirement

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide project management expertise for information technology transport and cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.

  • Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives.

  • Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, schedule, scope, and quality.

  • Develop project plans, identifying resources (i.e., personnel and materials), schedules, and other relevant information required to achieve project objectives.

  • Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.

  • Identify, review, and manage risk and risk mitigation activities of the project. · Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings/presentations, and project reviews.

  • Conduct internal and external meetings with project stakeholders.

  • Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, vendors, and other service providers to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.

  • Coordinate with engineers to validate Bill of Materials (BOM), document the engineering design/solution, configurations, review, approval, and implementation required to satisfy project requirements.

  • Coordinate with procurement for ordering BOM.

  • Coordinate with logistics for receiving materials for project implementation and shipping to end site/location.

  • Coordinate with security engineers to ensure all required Assessment and Authorization (A&A) steps are completed in accordance with ICD 503.

  • Provides guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation and completion of project requirements.

  • Understands and applies more advanced concepts and processes to daily activities.

  • Requires minimal guidance and direction from senior level technicians, specialists, and managers.

  • Works individually and actively participates on integrated teams.

  • Provide input to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Award Term briefings and ad hoc reports, as required.

  • Provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.

  • Understand the customer’s mission and requirements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field (i.e., Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science) or Management.

  • 8+ years’ experience working in Project Management for DoD / IC Programs.

  • Experience managing projects delivering technologically complex transport and/or cybersecurity solutions.

  • Active PMP certification.

  • Manage the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts.

  • Develop the overall project plan and manage project implementation. · Excellent communications skills.

  • Customer management and interface experience.

  • Must possess the ability to lead, and delegate responsibility, tasks, and authority.

  • Experience managing / leading matrix teams working in multiple location simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft applications and other

  • Project Manager software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.

  • Basic understanding of networking and TCP/IP

  • Basic understanding of defensive cyber operations

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
