Our client is seeking a LIMS Developer to join their team. As a LIMS Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the LabVantage LIMS team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: LIMS Developer

Location: St. Louis, MO (Open to Remote)

What's the Job?

• Develop and customize LabVantage LIMS solutions to meet the needs of the organization

• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of LabVantage solutions

• Manage system upgrades, patches, and releases

• Provide support to and assist with training of end-users on the use of LabVantage LIMS

• Develop reports leveraging lab test results

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or commensurate experience)

• 5+ years of experience in LabVantage LIMS development and customization

• Must have knowledge of LabVantage LIMS, including but not limited to configuration and understanding of LabVantage web pages, dashboards, and API's

• • Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and processes• Strong relational database knowledge and experience using SQL Server• Strong Java, J2EE architecture, JavaScript, JSP, and DHTML/Web Page development including client-side scripting to add major functionality to the product line• Strong understanding of JBOSS application server• Experience with report development tools such as Jasper, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Power BI, etc.

• Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and processes

• Strong relational database knowledge and experience using SQL Server
