Our client is seeking a Digital Business Analyst - Digital in Manufacturing to join their team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be part of the Digital in Manufacturing team supporting innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Work within the DM Operations team to perform business analysis, configuration, and deployment of applications.

  • Execute solutions based on strategic vision and collaborate with team members to drive results.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions to streamline DM solutions.

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing projects, enhancements, and solving problems relating to ongoing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with factory personnel and other internal and external business partners.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience or Associate's degree plus 5 years of experience in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.

  • 7+ years in the technology field with experience in Information Architecture, Information Analysis, or Software Development.

  • Strong SQL experience and ability to effectively translate business needs to software developers.

  • Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering and project management.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working within an agile/scrum team environment.
