Job Description

Outgoing, self-starter, detail oriented, customer account specialist, entry level sales, excel/outlook (Microsoft office), project management in fast paced environment, experience with SFDC a plus

Education- College or above

Day in the life of the contractor - Contractor will spend their day managing requests and cases that come into the Tier 3 Distributor inbox. These can range anywhere from pricing quotes to new business opportunities, new customer onboarding, or issues with orders and so forth. Time will also be allocated to proactively managing current list of Tier 3 partners and monitoring sales to look for new business, or follow-up on lost business.
