ManpowerGroup Commercial Building Engineer in St. Louis, Missouri
Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Commercial Building Engineer to join their team. As a Commercial Building Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting various client facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Commercial Building Engineer
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
What's the Job?
Ensure ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and other installed systems.
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems.
Perform major HVAC and plumbing repairs, including compressor and fixture replacements.
Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations.
What's Needed?
A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering.
Valid state driver’s license and appropriate trade licenses as required.
Universal level certification for CFC and HFC-based refrigerants (EPA Section 608).
Experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC, boilers, and electrical systems.
