Summary Description: The Business Development Coordinator at Armstrong Teasdale plays a crucial role in supporting the firms growth objectives through the execution of strategic business development initiatives. Reporting to the Business Development Director, this position collaborates with the business development and marketing teams, as well as attorneys, to enhance client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and strengthen the firms market position. Based in St. Louis, MO, this role involves assisting with pitches, proposals, business intelligence research, client-facing events, and providing necessary administrative support. Prepares and coordinates business development pitches, proposals, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines. 2. Utilizes the firms CRM system to manage accurate and timely information related to business development activities, client interactions, and outcomes. 3. Assists in planning and executing client events, seminars, and webinars, including logistical arrangements and post-event follow-up. 4. Supports the development and implementation of business development plans and marketing strategies for attorneys, practice groups, client teams, and industry groups. 5. Coordinates internal preparation meetings and assists attorneys with client meetings, presentations, and pitches. 6. Collaborates with the marketing team to create compelling content for marketing materials, website updates, and social media channels. 7. Develops an understanding of the firms value proposition, practice areas, client base, and competitive positioning in the market. 8. Monitors industry publications, news sources, and databases for potential business opportunities and client leads. 9. Prepares regular reports and analytics on business development activities, client engagement metrics, and ROI analysis for firm leadership. 10. Maintains and updates the firms work experience to ensure current and compelling materials. 11. Assists in research and gathers business intelligence on prospective clients, competitors, and industry trends. 12. Provides administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence related to business development initiatives.
