Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Specialist – On-Site, Great Work/Life Balance

Reconcile payments and customer accounts.

Address payment discrepancies and recommend collections when needed.

Collect and apply cash to the appropriate customer accounts efficiently and accurately.

Help improve accounts receivable processes.

Ensure financial accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate with the team on projects and tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

Required Skills:

Associate’s degree or similar experience.

3+ Years Accounts receivable experience.

Knowledge of QuickBooks and or/ ERP systems

Proficiency in Excel.

A self-starter with problem-solving skills.
