Job Title: Account Manager

Job Description

The Account Manager will support our 2nd largest account. The role involves servicing the account from start to finish, including getting pricing from suppliers, quoting products to end users, handling customer order replacements, managing all associated paperwork, and following up on availability, lead times, and shipping. You will oversee 30+ different plants, develop relationships with numerous buyers and engineers, learn our operating system, and manage approximately $500K - $700K worth of annual revenue from this customer. The role is very customer-facing, and a warm, personable demeanor is crucial.
