ManpowerGroup Account Management Specialist in St. Louis, Missouri

Our client, is seeking an Account Management Specialist to join their team. As an Account Management Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Account Management Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid, 1-2 days in the office per week)

What's the Job?

  • Manage requests and cases that come into the Tier 3 Distributor inbox, including pricing quotes and new business opportunities.

  • Facilitate new customer onboarding and address issues related to orders.

  • Proactively manage a current list of Tier 3 partners and monitor sales for new business opportunities.

  • Follow up on lost business to identify potential recovery strategies.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What's Needed?

  • Education: College degree or above.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office).

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Outgoing personality and a self-starter attitude.

  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
