  Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of relevant experience Food service or equivalent experience

• CRT-ServSafe Allergen - NRA National Restaurant Association 90 Days

• CRT-ServSafe Handler - NRA National Restaurant Association 90 Days required Or CRT-ServSafe Manager - NRA National Restaurant Association 90 Days

Preferred

• A course of sixteen weeks to one year in baking education and cake decorating techniques

• Vocational/Technical courses in food preparation
