Retail Sales Supervision - St. James and Madelia In this rewarding position, you will effectively manage and engage the Retail Sales Team, including Tellers, Personal Bankers, Deposit Account Specialists and Universal Bankers. Important day-to-day responsibilities of a Retail Sales Supervisor include: . Supervision and scheduling of Tellers, Personal Bankers, Deposit Account specialists and Universal Bankers in your markets. . Responsible for the operational process and procedures for retail staff. . Understand and be able to execute all retail related programs and transaction processing procedures. . Work alongside retail staff to train, develop and assist with areas of weakness. . Organize and lead coaching of retail sales process, . Weekly on-site branch visits.
