Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and deliver training curricula for C5ISR system operators, maintainers, and other instructors, focusing on C5ISR systems and products.

  • Identify, coordinate, and execute vendor training programs for new equipment and technologies.

  • Prepare and develop technical documentation including training materials, operator and maintenance instruction manuals and technical manuals.

  • Execute and/or support the maintenance and distribution of technical documentation, including drawings, standardized Master Equipment Lists (MEL), Master Parts Lists (MPL), operator manuals, training manuals and materials, and technical manuals.

  • Execute and/or support SOF C5ISR system training based on approved training plans and curriculum.

  • Provide on-the-job training to system operators and maintainers when updating or maintaining equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 2-4 years of experience.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, basic computer and network proficiency, and web application proficiency.

  • Strong understanding of C5ISR systems and products.

  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • US Citizenship and possess an active US Government Secret Clearance with ability to maintain the security clearance

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Defense appropriations and authorization committees or government consulting.

  • Proven experience in DoD installation, environmental, and energy issues.

  • Knowledge of Air Force task management procedures and systems.

  • Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills
