FTE : 1.0
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:45 am – 3:15 pm
Reporting Days: 205, 12 months
Compensation: Salary
Starting Pay: $39,000-$45,000, DOE
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 2-3 years preferably in a school setting; Sales & Database management experience required; experience with Student Information System (PowerSchool or Infinite Campus) preferred
Certification: None
Background: Clear background check
Language: Bilingual in English and Somali required

Job Duties
Registrar
Ensure enrollment processes are efficient, comprehensive and meet goals.
Oversee the Student Information System.
Oversee student cumulative files.
Manage student records and transfers.
Support the recording of vision, hearing and immunization completion and records.
Manage state reporting for attendance, enrollment and compliance.
Manage SSID and USIS programs.
Assist with distribution of student/parent/staff communication materials.
Support all functions of the front office as needed.
Verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to engage in parent communication in person and on the phone
Organizational skills, ability to work on several projects simultaneously to meet deadlines

Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and video platforms such as: Zoom or Teams.

Demonstrated integrity and high standards in managing information in a confidential and professional manner.
