Job Title: Licensing & Registration AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensing & Registration Analyst to ensure timely filing of paperwork with all State and Government Agencies. You will manage and process representatives' carrier appointments, renewals, and invoices, assist with continuing education questions and study material, and resolve complex errors related to the insurance licensing process. Additionally, you will maintain data for various registration and disclosure systems, including FINRA WebCRD, IARD, NFA, and NMLS. You will lead the development and improvement of procedures to increase efficiencies and serve as the first point of contact for Representatives' Licensing & Registration questions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely filing of paperwork with all State and Government Agencies.

  • Manage and process representatives' carrier appointments, renewals, and invoices.

  • Assist representatives with continuing education questions and study material.

  • Research and resolve unique situations and complex errors related to the insurance licensing process.

  • Maintain data for internal and external registration and disclosure systems, including FINRA WebCRD, IARD, NFA, and NMLS.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of procedures, processes, and workflows to increase efficiencies.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Representatives' Licensing & Registration questions.

  • Process all licensing and appointments, including appointing agents and brokers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) experience in insurance or financial services industry

  • Basic knowledge of FINRA Web CRD, FINRA Contact, and FINRA 4530 filing systems and/or other financial industry registration systems

  • Knowledgeable of the financial services industry, operational processes, regulatory policies and procedures, employee engagement and management

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Detail-oriented

Work Environment

After a minimum of 120 days working full-time in the office, this role will transition to a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days in the office starting January 6, 2025.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
