Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role is in the HR industry and will involve assisting our HR Department with various tasks such as handling confidential information, aiding recruitment processes, and onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Handle confidential and personal information with utmost discretion

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing resumes online and scheduling various recruitment activities such as phone screens, interviews, tests, and screenings

• Conduct phone screens following a given script, and assist with completion of applicant paperwork

• Carry out reference and employment verifications as part of the recruitment process

• Prepare for onboarding activities according to established processes

• Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed, such as reviewing HR invoices and scanning employment paperwork into HRIS filling system

• Utilize MS Office for various tasks and responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on appropriate platforms for wider reach and visibility

• Perform background checks when necessary as part of the recruitment and onboarding process. Requirements • Possess at least one year of experience in a similar HR role.

• Proficient in conducting phone screens for potential candidates.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting background checks.

• Proven ability to review resumes and select suitable candidates.

• Experience in checking references and verifying applicant information.

• Familiarity with onboarding processes and procedures.

• Experience in posting jobs on various platforms to attract potential candidates.

• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite for various HR tasks.
