Overview Are you a design enthusiast with the ability to create captivating visuals? Join the Coborn's Marketing team as our next Graphic Designer! As a Graphic Designer, you will have the ability to use your vision and innovation to create digital and print collateral, environmental designs for facilities, social media and web designs, logo/brand, and creative brainstorming designs. You will work collaboratively to conceptualize new and revise existing print and multimedia materials for all areas of the business. Requirements Additional Details Include: Graphic Design: Create and design original artwork incorporating creative design, photography, illustration, and text in draft form for approval. Interpret general and specific ideas into artwork ensuring consistency of brand. Execute creative designs, with strong attention to detail, adhering to brand standards for various formats which include but are not limited to print, banners, signage, brochures, posters, web graphics, brand identity logos, and specialty projects. Work collaboratively to effectively communicate marketing initiatives, facilitate revisions and feedback, and design project status as part of a service-oriented function. Showcase a high level of creativity, good judgment, and problem-solving skills within timelines Relationship & Planning Management: Work collaboratively with business partners to conceptualize new and revise existing print and multi-media designs. Meet established deadlines, and manage, and prioritize multiple projects of various complexity simultaneously. Work collaboratively as a member of the marketing team and cross-functionally to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. Proactively collaborate and coordinate upcoming print projects with both internal and external partners to ensure project logistics and timelines are met; ensure all files and content collateral are effectively delivered via the preferred method based on project details. Administrative & Content Management: Archive final files within established guidelines. Work with necessary teams to oversee the smooth implementation of new content. Contribute to process optimization and strategic best practices. Perform various administrative duties as dictated by the project and/or current workflow.
