Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Clerk in the retail industry, based in ST CHARLES, Illinois. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring accuracy in billing and accounts payable, as well as providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process all sales audits and ensure correct billing

• Provide administrative support as required

• Assist with accounts payable tasks

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries effectively

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

• Process customer credit applications efficiently

• Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service

• Support the sales team by ensuring that all sales are billed correctly

• Use your skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and managing inbound calls to enhance our team's efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures

• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Familiarity with billing software and other relevant computer applications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems as required

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
