Regional Director of Business Development- Healthcare (REMOTE w/Travel)

Type: Full time salaried exempt position
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 year

Your Key Position Goals & Objectives:
Responsible for the management, development and growth of referral sources in an identified regional territory
Develop, execute and evaluate strategies and activities of marketing plan
Identify potential referral and funding resources
Manage all travel activities (60% travel required weekly)
Efficient use of remote work environment
Use COS skills
Qualifications
Your skills and experience will include:
Education: B.S. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Experience with Managed Healthcare organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of operating independently, effectively and self-motivated
Able to analyze, plan and follow-through for maximum effectiveness
Experience in developing new territories in target markets
Ability to close sales and achieve assigned objectives
Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse terminology
Experience in customer service in the health care field preferred
Working courteously with the public and with individuals within the school
License: Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
