As a Cook on our Nutritional Services team you'll:

Prepare all food products for three meals daily, multiple menu options, snacks, desserts and special occasions. Work cooperatively with staff and Registered Dietician to maintain cooking/baking schedule. Ensure meal service schedule is maintained per regulations. Measure/mix ingredients according to standardized recipes using a variety of kitchen equipment and utensils such as blenders, steamers, grinders, mixers and slicer Follow all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines Maintain cleanliness of your workspace and assist other team members as needed. Our Cook role requires:

HS Diploma/GED Previous professional cooking & baking experience ServeSafe Certification is preferred Excellent work ethic and attendance record Benefits include:
