V2X Project Manager Lead in Springfield, Virginia

    This position is contingent based on contract award.

Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager Lead (PML) shall serve as the Government’s first point of contact for all facility construction activities.

Qualifications

  • Seven years’ experience managing a multitude of facilities, sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects within established cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines.

  • Seven years’ experience with operation of commercial and/or Government facilities.

  • Experience with advising, guiding, and coordinating with customers. To include acquiring, documenting renovation and repair requirements accurately.

  • Knowledge of Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) software for space utilization and shop drawing development.

  • Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling.

  • Experience working with Architectural and Design personnel.

  • Working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and all applicable codes and regulations.

  • This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.
