The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Management Support – Cyber Security Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the Integrated Program Office (IPA) at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This role is critical to advancing NGA's mission by supporting acquisition processes, program oversight, cybersecurity initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in acquisition planning, program management, and cybersecurity within the NGA, DoD, or Intelligence Community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition Support: Assist in developing acquisition documentation, including strategies, Statements of Work (SOW), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and source selection plans. Provide advisory services for source selection panels and support the Government in the event of protests.

  • Program Analysis & Management: Offer independent analysis of deliverables, support lifecycle program management, and prepare financial documentation such as Air Force Form 9s and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs).

  • Technical Oversight: Monitor and verify testing activities, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs), and discrepancy resolution. Assist with agile backlog management and requirement verification.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks following NGA and program-specific processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Represent IPA at technical exchange meetings, program reviews, and acquisition panels. Provide outreach to customers, stakeholders, foreign partners, and internal NGA offices.

  • Requirements & Change Management: Support the analysis, formulation, and implementation of new requirements. Manage Request for Change (RFC) processes and provide impact assessments in collaboration with NGA review boards and contractors.

  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Contribute to NGA cybersecurity initiatives, including software SWAP requests, CCRI scores, and SAM Office connections.

    • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in program management, business, computer science, geography, GIS, or a related field.

  • At least eight (8) years of experience, including six (6) years of relevant expertise in program management, acquisition planning, and cybersecurity.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of NGA cybersecurity practices and Analysis and Source customer needs, particularly in data analytics.

  • Experience with NGA acquisition processes and agile software development practices.

  • Desired:

  • Proficiency in cloud computing technologies and DataBricks application or similar analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with Military, DoD, or NGA acquisitions.

  • Agile certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

  • Strong skills in user engagement and commercial vendor collaboration.
